Microchip search

Hello,

I was wondering if you could please tell me how you search for a microchip in open VPMS?

I have tried to search under surname and patients name and ticking the identities tab but still nothing comes up, (I have tried with a existing chip that I know is in our system).

Try it from Patients - Information - Select.

Tick Search Identities and All Patients

Yes this worked. Knew it was on option, just couldn't remember how to do it.
