Missed appointment warning to reception - audible or flashing light?

Wondering if is is possible to develop a warning to reception for missed appointment on Workflow - Scheduling?

Ideally the reminder bell on the edge of the appointment flashing red and perhaps even an audible signal audible to reception. This is in frustration after years of asking reception to make a call to an owner if they have not arrived 10-15 minutes after the appointment is scheduled. It feels like some of them are asleep at the wheel.

Inspired by my Subaru Driver Monitoring System that nags and chirps at me if I take my eyes of the road, or if getting sleepy on long drives.
