Hi Tony, I seem to remember users (I suspect it might have even been my nurses) asking for a "Quick Add" option for making a customer / patient where only essential data fields were shown. The cut down version was supposed to assist with early training and speed of creation. eg. Creating a new customer/patient when on the phone and completing them fully later.

Could I suggest some way to highlight mandatory fields in the future so people know they don't have to work through every tab? ie. "*" beside their name or a different color.

I still don't think it is a bad idea for beginners but it will make no difference for my staff now.
