Next and Previous Button

Is there possibility of a next or previous button. The idea of this is that if you click into a client and realise it is the wrong one same name different client you can click next or precious and it will go to the next client in the list.
It also helps if you are in a client file and looking at patient details and you want to go to the details of another one of their animals, without having to click back to client detail and pick the patient.
It also help in the Product section if you have to change alot of prices ie lab charges instead of having to type the product name you can just click next and can edit detail.
(Someone has already mention about being able to do this in products).

What if you could bring up the last search result and select from that instead of previous/next. In other words if you were in Customers and selected the wrong patient, you could via a keyboard stroke or mouse click bring up the previous customer search?
If I am in Patients and want to check the another patient, I tend to just press Alt-l and then select from the filtered patient list.
In products I think I favour the grid view that Nick has described previously.
