notes on client or animal

I would like to find somewhere to put various notes on client - eg relative who minds the dog or comments on paying behaviour etc. Also partners name for contact. There could be similar issues for patient - eg biter or fearful.

 

How can this be done and where?

Hi Chris,

What you are looking for is "Alerts". These can be customer based or patient based.

In the Customer | Communications and Alerts. 2nd tab

Ditto Patient | Medical Record -> Alert tab 4th?

These Alerts all appear in the left hand bar.

These can be set to expire.

In 2.1 they can be mandatory - i.e. when you open the client or patient file they pop up and must be acknowledged before continuing. We use this for critical warnings such as violent clients, bad debtors and dangerous animals.
