Print issue

Hi there

When I click on a document to print, the print dialogue comes up, to select printer etc.

I do this, press ok to print, and nothing happens.

The document doesn't appear in the print queue.

Any thoughts?

Have you been able to print in the past?

What documents are you trying to print?

What platform are you running on?

If they are .doc or .odt documents, these require OpenOffice. If you have been able to print these in the past via OpenVPMS, you may need to kill the soffice process.

If you have never been able to print these documents, consult the installation documentation for instructions on the installation and configuration of OpenOffice.

Hi Tim

Turned out to be a printer issue. Thanks for your help.

I'll have a bit more of a think before asking for help next time
