Generate visit and invoice notes when present in template products ------------------------------------------------------------------

During charging in the check-in/consult workflow, support is required to automatically generate visit and invoice notes. These notes will be obtained from two new nodes in the product.template archetype: * visitNotes * invoiceNotes These are both strings, with maximum 300 characters.

These nodes are used when a product.template is selected when charging If the template has: * visitNotes, this is used to create a new act.patientClinicalNote in the visit * invoiceNotes, this is added to the to any existing text in the invoice's notes node.

If a charge item is deleted, there is no requirement to delete any act.patientClinicalNote that may have been created, nor is there any need to remove the invoiceNotes from the invoice's notes node.
