New UI component: single line text field with multi-line popup --------------------------------------------------------------

Editable text fields over 255 characters are displayed using multi-line text area components, which take up a lot of screen area. For fields < 500 characters, 5 lines are displayed. For fields > 500 characters, 15 lines are displayed.

To better use screen area, a new UI component is required that is able to display a single line of text, but provide a popup which enables editing of multiple lines.

Note that two areas should not use this: * act.patientClinicalNote note node * report parameters
