The current clinician context behavior when doing scheduling and worklist workflow functions (Checkin, Consult and Checkout) is incorrect. The following changes are required:

* Check-In. The context should be set to the clinician as set in the appointment or task and null if no clinician set. The current global clinician should not be used. Any changes to the clinician during the check-in workflow should not be propagated back to the global context. * Consult. The clinician context should always to set to the current global clinician. Changes to the clinician should be propagated back to the global context. During consulting if the selected visit has no clinician set then set it to the current clinician. * Check-Out. The clinician should be set to the current global clinician.
