The current Check-In work flow always adds a new visit to the patients Medical Records. Modify this to use GetClinicalEventTask to check if there is a valid In Progress or Completed visit already available before creating new visit. Get ClinicalEventTask will need to be modified to take properties to allow reason to be set on any newly created visit.
