Patent Invoices

Is there a report that will print all invoices for a particular patient?

We seem to be getting more and more requests for reprints of every invoice for certain dogs, which is very time consuming for our reception staff.

Not at present. Would a patient filter in Customers - Charges and Customers - Account be sufficient?

This would enable you to list all invoices or credits that have charges for a patient, and then manually print them off. It would remove the need to go into each invoice/credit to see if a patient had charges present.

Yes I think that would work. It would certainly avoid having to manually print each invoice separately.

Hey Di,

When we get these requests, we give them a Customer statement using the date filters (usually set to the whole customer history).

That way they can go through and see what transactions are for what patient. We found that invoices often contained multiple animals.

Thanks Matt but I think we may have spoilt our clients as they expect us to do it for them.

It would be much easier if we could just print out all invoices for the period to give them.
