Payment Allocation

The new payment allocation was a feature we have been waiting for - we have some big accounts that will really benefit from this feature..

However can anyone explain how to allocate a payment - once you make it - it seems to auto allocate at this time.

As yet, there is no general purpose feature to allocate payments to particular invoices.

It is only supported when making payments that would allocate to invoices being claimed in a gap claim. In this case, you are prompted to allocate to a different invoice.
