persistent speach bubble

Hi,

I noticed that the 'speach bubble' that appears when we hover over the notes for an appointment in the scheduler, lasts forever, or until you hover over another one. It actually blocks the viewing of part of the appointment above & blocks the notes icon of the appointment above.

Normally a hover note would disappear when you move off the area but ours is not doing this. Either this is a problem with our particular set up or a little adjustment that is needed with the program?

Glen

This has come up in the past. What version are you running? Can you attach a screen snapshot?

Thanks,

Re: persistent speach bubble

Hi Tim, Thanks for the reply. We are running 1.4 & I would attach a screen snal shot if I know how - some guidance here would be helpful. Cheers, Glen  On 31/07/2010, tma@netspace.net.au <tma@netspace.net.au> wrote:

To capture a screen shot (assuming you are on Windows):

1. press Ctrl-Print Screen

2. open Paint or your favourite picture editing tool, and press Ctrl-V to paste the captured screen

3. crop & edit the image to remove any confidential  information

4. save the image as a .gif or .png

To attach a screen shot:

1. reply to this post

2. click the "Insert/Edit Image" button on the comment editor's toolbar (look for a little picture of a mountain and sun)

This opens a dialog with "Image Properties" containing a no. of tabs.

3. select the Upload tab

4. click "Browse" and find the .gif/.png you saved earlier

5. click "Send it to the Server"

That should be it.

Re: persistent speach bubble

Hi Tim,I have eventually attached the image of the hover bubble in the schedule screen that doesn't go away unless you hover over another bubble. As you can see, it blocks access to the speech bubble above. Hope this gives you an idea. Sorry it has taken so long (busy & repeated tries failed likely due to my dodgy computer skills)Glen On 1 August 2010 20:47, <tma@netspace.net.au> wrote:
