Posting New Consult Type

Hi,

I've made up a new consult type - Phone consult, chose colour etc. Looks to be the same settings as the other consults types but can't get it to appear. Can someone please help.

Hi Jane,

Make sure you have attached the appointment type to the schedule(s) you want to use them in.  You can do this by going to Administration-> Organisation and finding the appropriate schedules in the list and then editing and adding the appointment type and no of slots to use on the Appointment Type tab.
