Preventing Postage of accounts

HI,

Is there a way of preventing an account from being printed out when they have balances below a certain amount, Eg: I have an account with a .96cent balance and don't want to post it out. I would prefer to leave this amount on the account for next time the clients comes in. Is there an area within the account setup that I can ask for accounts not to be printed once they reach a certain $ amount?

Re: Preventing Postage of accounts

Hi Sam, I think the answer is presently there is no minimum balance filter for statements. Perhaps one solution to what you are asking to to add a Minimum balance to the Reporting->Debtors workspace.

My question for you is, how badly would you like this and also, how many others would find this helpful?

Cheers, Matt C
