Print direct vs Preview

I am using the Gribbles Submission form (great idea) & when printing it directly it prints out on 2 pages with a large space above the 'History & Observation' green row.
When I Preview the document and then print it, it prints out on one page fine. Anything simple to sort this issue out here?

Hi Glen, Printer issues are always a pain. Try setting the paper size to A4 within the Template for the Gribbles form. Everything else to default. Matt

Hi Matt and Glen,

I have played around with the template and I get the break above the History and Observations table row on both Preview and Print so definitely some strange formatting in the table somewhere.  Have tried to change table and row settings but consistently prints a reasonable space and goes onto 2 pages.
