printing the workflow

Is it possible to print the workflow at the start of the day? when it's a full day the preview shows its over 2pages but only 1 page prints with half the information??

RE: printing the workflow

Hi Tamara,

Currently there is no facility to print a complete days schedule or a worklist so you must be doing the printing via the browser Print Preview or Print buttons which would definitely behave this way as it woudl only print what it can see.

I think a report function would be good both in Scheduling and Worklists so I will create a JIRA requesting this functionality ..

Cheers Tony

RE: printing the workflow

Currently there is a Print button which , if configured, can print the current appointment details. This would seem not to be too much use as I assume most people would expect that the Print button would print the current displayed appointment or task list.. (I would)

Wondering if we should just replace the current Print button functionality rather than add a new "Report" button ?

Cheers Tony

printing the workflow

Sandra @ Bellarine

I have had a look and can't see this print button Tony, is this because it hasn't been configured yet?

It would be handy to be able to print the workflow, and I imagine a print button would be much simpler than having to process a report.

Printing the Schedule

Sandra @ Bellarine

I've just had a request from a staff member to be able to print the schedule, The print button is there but when I try to use it I get this error: Report design not valid :
1. Field not found : collectionDisplayName.  Is it now possbile to print the schedule?

Sandra.

Re: Printing the Schedule

Hi Sandra,The Print button on the scheduler screen is actually abit strange as it currently just tries to print the current selected appointment not the currently displayed complete schedule.   Really needs to be changed as not much use printing a single appointment :-) The error just means there is no template defined for this print out.  A template can be added but not much use ...To get a schedule printout I suggest using Matts report which you cna find here //www.openvpms.org/customisation/schedule-list">http://www.openvpms.org/customisation/schedule-list add this to report templates as per your great notes :-)  CheersTony______________________________________________________________________Principal ConsultantVertical Connect Pty Ltd Phone :  +61 (0) 3 97229824Mobile:  +61 (0) 4 21347105Email   :  tony@verticalconnect.netWeb    :  //www.verticalconnect.net">http://www.verticalconnect.net
