Product List and Multiple Prices

Hi All,

We're doing an extensive pricing update currently. We started entering the new prices... while keeping the old ones. We wanted to have the new prices begin on Jan/15. When having multiple prices on the products however, it would appear that the prices aren't displaying properly in the products list. We couldn't identify a pattern... but some of the new prices are appearing even though they haven't come active yet.

In the screenshot, you can see that a product is $9.50 as of 1/15, but is showing as $9.50 in the product list today -- 1/6. Smells like a bug maybe? ... or perhaps user error.

Thanks, Paul

Re: Product List and Multiple Prices

Hi Paul,

Would say that current product browser code doesn't cope with dated prices so just getting first price it finds in no particular order. So yes a bug and will JIRA.

Cheers Tony

Re: Product List and Multiple Prices

Okay. Thanks Tony.

Re: Product List and Multiple Prices

Hi Paul,

I noticed Tim has actually fixed this for the final OpenVPMS 1.5 release. Thanks Tim :-)

Cheers Tony

Re: Product List and Multiple Prices

Awesome. Thanks!

Re: Product List and Multiple Prices

I think I may have spotted another (small) bug in the product browser. The 'X' button (top right corner) appears to have a "Next" behavior. Pretty minor thing.

Thanks, Paul

Re: Product List and Multiple Prices

I don't tend to use the X but I have tried this am and found the same behaviour.
