Regarding Reminder Setup

Hi All,

Can Anyone please help to share that how we can create reminders in OpenVpms . 

What are the all steps involved .if possible help to create one reminder with the help of screenshots .

Currently I am creating Reminders , but not able to send . attached is the screenshots for reminders created.

Hi,

The reason you are getting skip as the action is you do not have any templates setup in the Reminder Types to tell the reminder system what documents or actions to take for each reminder count. 

Have a look at this forum post.  No screen shots but may help.

Hi Tony,

Thank you for you support and guidance . Today I create One template and attach that to my reminder Types . So when I create new Reminder , first Its status is Email , but after some time it turn to Cancel .

Is there Any mistake in my Email set up in the system ?

Is there any post to describe how to set Email in openVpms ?

Please help to send some document regarding Reminder set up .
