We have recently found a problem with our kitten reminders.  Hopefully I can explain it properly:

We have a product called F3 Kitten Booster which has 3 reminders tagged to it: a wellness reminder kitten for 4 weeks, a wellness reminder feline for 12 months and a desexing reminder feline 3 month - which is supposed to trigger a desexing reminder and letter in 3 months (when the kitten is 5-6 months of age).  

There is also a product called F3 kitten final booster which has 2 reminders: a wellness reminder feline for 12 months and a desexing reminder feline 2 month which should trigger a desexing reminder and letter in 2 months (again when the kitten is 5-6 months of age). 

The problem is that when this item is billed out the actual desexing reminders are being triggered in 12 months. 

I have looked at the reminder settings and they look correct:

Desexing reminder 3 month: Reminder interval is 3 months, cancel interval 2 years, sensitivity interval 2 weeks.

Desexing reminder 2 month: reminder interval is 2 months, cancel interval 2 years, sensitivity interval 2 weeks.

For both reminders the template is set to Reminder Desexing Feline 1st & 2nd letter with 0 days and 4 weeks as the detail.

All the details are set as the same as our puppy desexing reminders and they are working normally - but the kitten ones aren't. I can't see where the problem is!
