Reminder Letter Recovery

Hi,
Is anyone able to tell me if there is a way of recovering reminder letters (eg vaccinations etc) if/when a printer catastrophe occurs?
As an example: We did our usual reminder run but found (cause unknown) that some reminders began printing on a different printer? (those reminders were lost due to the printer job cancelling).

Hi Jess,
If you still had the summary screen up you can reprint all the reminders easily. Otherwsie if you have the reminder report printed and can ascertain the block of reminders not printed you can go into each patients reminder page and reprint the reminder .. more tedious of course but depends how many went to wrong printer ..

I will have another go next week when the next lot of reminders are due for print out and see how I go. I can't re-do it now as there is nothing left to "re-print".
We don't print the reminder report, but form here on in we are going to save it prior to printing so we at least have a record. (Lesson learned!)

Hi Jess,
This happened to me the other day where I had a printer problem. Someone snuck up behind me and clicked on something so I didn't have the re-print button available anymore. I ended up going in and recreating all the reminders manually. I think you have to do this if you want grouped reminders to show-up... because I assume that manually printing each one won't permit grouping.
