Reminders

Does any one know the answer to this query??
In the reminder system we have reminders for vaccines, proheart, dental, arth checks etc etc and desexings.
If, the animal comes in before the reminder is due to be printed and is desexed, does that automatically negate the reminder or will it still go out as programmed.
If the animals say gets desexed elsewhere and the staff subsequently changes the patient data to show that this animal is now desexed ( ie edit and tick the desexed box), does this negate the reminder?
Further, to this if an animal is deceased or deactivated will this cancel further reminders??
or do we need to manually go in an "complete" the reminder to stop it before the next run??

Reminder updating
Im pretty sure billing a desexing or product that is linked to that reminder type will regenerate/increment the reminder period.
So in the case of a vacc, billing a vacc in that reminder group will reset the reminder interval.
In the case of manually desexing an animal via the desexed box, I don't think it will change a related reminder as the reminder is linked to the product (desexing) not the desexed status of the animal.
In this case, the reminder would need to be manually removed/finished.
Deceased and deactivated animals are not included in reminder runs. Their reminders are cancelled from memory (they appear in the list as cancelled).
Any errors I'm sure Tony or others will correct me!
