I am suggesting a new feature that forces a particular reminder to be forced to print a physical letter to the client as opposed to emailing.

A clinic has suggested that even though some clients request to recieve reminders by email they are not responding to them.  

The suggestion is that through this addition each reminder type template can be set to run normally 

ie print those that need to be printed or email those that need to be emailed.

alternatively through setting a checkbox the reminder will be forced to print everything, clients with email set as a preferred method will get printed. 

To existing setups nothing will change unless you check the boxe in Administration -Type -Reminder - Edit Reminder Type and then check the new box that would be placed under the Particular linked template.

The benefit here is where compliance with reminders is not what it should be we can force a hardcopy to those non responders.
