Stock control

Hi there,

I am about to run a stocktake for BAS quarterly, and i cannot seem to find where to run this report from

Can anyone please help??????

 

Also how do i run a stocktate on each individual product, as well as the entire stock on hand

 Hi Renee,

You may need to load the report from the web site.  You can find it here:

http://www.openvpms.org/customisation/stock-valuation-report

Once loaded it will appear in Reports -> Reporting

You will also find a stock take list report in the shared resources area.  This is a form for recording stock take quantities.  Once recorded you can enter the variances in Products ->Stock Management by adding a stock adjustment.  A stock adjustment allows you to add one or more stock variances.
