We have been using the Stock order report for a particular supplier for some time, but now I want to use it to bring up items for multiple suppliers, but I am finding that all deactivated suppliers are appearing. I only want items from active suppliers, is there any way to adjust this?

Also I find items are coming up on the report for our main supplier that have had this supplier added, then deactivated in the past (same issue really) This is causing some inconvenience. Do I just delete the supplier for these items - I was told just to put an end date & therefore deactivating it.
