Tray selection issue when printing from document prompt.
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing an issue with printer tray selection when printing from document prompts?
I have set up most of our documents to print to a certain tray which works fine when printing manually (e,g. from patient documents), however when OpenVPMS prompts you (with the pop-up box) to print certain documents, the tray selection isn't working!?
Would love to know if anyone has a solution, or perhaps this is a bug that needs to be fixed in the next version?

Dear Georgie,
I assume you get something similar popping up when you select print. In this situation the document is being printed in Interactive mode, which is setup in Administation - Templates, presently interactive mode doesnt support tray selection and duplex printing.
To use these functions you would need to do one of two things - from the above page click prview open the pdf and use the client/workstation print settings to produce what you need , or alternatively turn of interactive printing for that report and use the Administrative template settings to print. In this case when you select print you will not get the above dialog showing.
