v 1.6

Hi All,

On reviewing the Vic meeting minutes the following is my wish list - I am not sure how many are on the 1.6 list, have been jira'd or costed??

#2- Price Check for a quick costing with ability to attach to a patient if accepted

#3 - New note/visit button in histories

#4- Copy and Paste in Scheduling - single and multiple appointments ( possibly copying appointment types so block outs could be copied across many days)

#12- Check ability for duplicate clients and patients when adding

#16- Dicom image retrieval

#17- Price update workspace

#18- Mail Merge

There are probably other I cannot think of at present but if someone can let me know about these for a start so I can budget for my funding input

Thanks,

Nick

Re: v 1.6

Hi Nick,

To see what current projects are slated for 1.6 go to the projects list and look for those that are under development.  Of your list only #3 is included so far.  The rest need either further discussion or funding.

Cheers

Tony

Re: v 1.6

It is my belief, that currently , to increase prices and fees for the practice, I have to do them one by one, through individual "product" . Is this correct?   I realise there is a development program waiting for funding, and unfortunately, this seems to be always the case.

Programs waiting for funding.

Maybe we should ask Matt Costa to email all Open users, [not just via The Forum as clearly a lot of users have not subscribed or never read/respond] and provide a list of Programs that are awaiting funding and/or finalisation.

Your pretty much on the money with the current stance of things.

Price updates when you use the web application are 1 by 1

Alternatively your implementor, can setup a data export to a spreadsheet, which can be updated using formulae and then reimported.  This is done using a process called ETL (Extract Transform Load).  Its generally beyond the scope of what is discussed in the user forums.  You can PM(Private message) or talk to your implementer to get you up and running with this sort of thing

Secondly the following post details the current state of play regarding the project setup for this purpose

http://www.openvpms.org/forum/stock-adjustments

and the project it links to is

Cheers and Good luck

Ben
