Wait Time Statistics Report

Hi

Trying to use for the first time Wait time Statistics report but constantly getting No Data Found. Does any one know where i can find instructions

There is a bug in the Wait Time Statistics report that has been corrected in the upcoming OpenVPMS 2.3 release. Can you try the version attached?

To load the attached report:

  1. save it to your local drive
  2. go to Administration - Templates
  3. search for Wait Time Statistics
  4. click Edit
  5. click Upload
  6. click Browse and locate the file you downloaded in 1.
  7. click Send
  8. click OK

Notes:

  • make sure to back-date the From Date. If you want to check statistics in the last 3 months, you can enter -3m in the field and press enter. Use -1y for 1 year ago etc.
  • if you don't consult from tasks, click on the Incl. All Appointments check box
  • click on the Display explanation check box to get a description on how to use report

Hi all,

I just tried to install this as per the instructions, but it wasn't happy...

Failed to read Wait Time Statistics.jrxml. Please ensure it is saved to be compatible with JasperReports 6.2.0

 

Do I need to update my version of JasperReports?

The report is compatible with OpenVPMS 2.3. If you need to run it on a prior version, contact support.

Gday Tim and all,

Runs OK if Date Period is set to same day.

Get an SQL error if From Date is changed.

Have sent an error report from OpenVPMS.
