For those familiar with rxworks.... in History text it is possible to say hit ctl-down arrow or ctl-shift-letter and bring up a heading that delineates what aspects of history exam that one be working on eg ctl-shft-p in my history puts line in history for Plan, ctl-sft-e for exam, ctl-sh-h for hsitory, ctl-sft-l for lab findings etc.... I see in openV that summary tab has 'types' -I guess types of entry.... note. problem, weight, medication, haematology etc etc..... Is this where I should put things like: Presenting Complaint History Exam Pathology Radiography Assessment Plan Client Education etc???? If so - where does one add these types of entries???? Can these entries be ordered on the summary tab so as to be consistent? Thanks
