1.7 5735 Clinician name not in med records|medication if no label

If a medication product that has its 'Dispensing Label' box checked is invoiced, then the medical record will shown the clincian's name (assuming that the clinician was indeed specified).

However, if the medication product does not have its 'Dispensing Label' box checked, then in the medical records display it will show 'No Clinician' - even though one was specified.

NOTE: this is not a bug in the 'show clinician in medical records' facility introduced in build 5735 - however, the bug is now very visible.
