The recipe to get the failure below is as follows:  edit patient, select the customers tab and press the add button - but do not fill anything in; move to another tab and add something there - press Apply - it will bitch saying that the owner details are incomplete; return to customers tab and press the Delete button to delete the empty owner; press Apply again - crash.

Actually the recipe appears even simpler: edit patient, select the customers tab and press the add button - but do not fill anything in; press Apply - it bitchs; press delete - appears to work; press Apply - crash.

So it would appear that the delete is not working correctly
