1.7 Alpha -Message text is not mandatory

When you create (or reply to) a message, the system checks that there is a subject, but it will happily accept a message with no text.

Should not the text field also be mandatory? [I suspect that the fix is just to change Min Cardinality of the message node of act.userMessage from 0 to 1.]

If you do make this change, tell me and I will adjust the CSH text.

I made it optional as sometimes you just want a short, subject-only message (or at least I want)...
