1.7 Alpha Missing entry in help.properties for Letter Refresh

In Customers|Documents, if you select a document that is a letter, the Conform Refresh window is displayed. Pressing F1 on this brings up the message.

I have not got there yet, but I suspect that Suppliers|Documents may suffer from the same error.

Also added patient/record/refresh for the Patients|Medical Records|Documents screen.

Fixed in revision 5330.
