In order to document Customers|Documents & Suppliers|Documents I need to create the create the required templates (Customer Letter & Form and Supplier Letter and Form)

I have done the first - the customer letter.

Rather that create a fictional letter, I though it might be beneficial to create a SampleCustomerLetter.odt which contains all the available customer fields.  This and its sample output are attached.

I think that it would be sensible to go ahead and generate the other 3 in the set and provide these in the package. Note also that there is no fucntional differences between the Letter and the Form - the fields are exactly the same, however, I  feel that it is sensible to have different content odt files for each so that in the future we could transform the letter into a letter and the form into a form.  At the moment, as you can see in the attached, there is just a table containing the fields.

If I get time, I will knock up a patient one that includes the patient and perhaps visit related fields.
