1.7 Alpha - SMS Config Generic - no subject in sampler

In the Administration|Organisation|SMS Configuration: Generic Email Gateway, the subject is not displayed in the sample email.

Note that even in the original documentation at http://www.openvpms.org/setting-email-sms-using-generic-sms-gateway-one-... the screen shot shows the subject as missing even though the Subject field is set to 'mypassword'.

I think that the problem is that in ....\sms\EmailSMSSampler.java there is no subject = mail.getSubject(); in the block of code around line 311.
