1.7 Alpha - Till select screen has wrong CSH URL

If you press F1 on the Till select screen (ie what you get when you press the binoculars when adding a till to a practice location), the URL it looks for is http://www.openvpms.org/documentation/csh/1.7/tell/select

It should really be .../till/select

I have the current CSH page set to .../tell/select and we could leave it as is.

Suggestion: create JIRA as low low priority and include that we also need to adjust the URL set for the CSH help page.

I've corrected the URL to till/select.

Change applied in revision 5178.
