1.7 Alpha Supplier|Orders screen - can't search for all

On the Supplier|Orders screen it is not possible to find all the orders. If you leave the Supplier and Stock Location blank, then (as happens with the other select screens) it should retrieve the order for all suppliers for all locations.  You can specify the supplier and leave the location blank - that finds all orders for the specified supplier, but you cannot also leave the supplier blank to find all suppliers/all locations.

Most screens work so that there is a primary selection (e.g. customer, or patient), and everything else is retrieved relative to that.

The current Orders and Deliveries screens are the same; they expect a supplier to be selected, and query orders and deliveries for the selected supplier.

That said, your suggestion makes more sense, so I've changed it in revision 5233.
