1.7 Alt-M display should include Report Macros

Although the new facility to have a macro run a report is set up via Lookups|Report Macro, ie in a different manner to the 'old' macros (which uses Lookups|Macros), a report macro looks exactly the same to a user - ie they enter @referral and it replaces this with text. The user does not care that this comes from a Report Macro rather than a Macro.

Recommendation: when the use presses Alt-M the Macro Select screen displayed should include both Macros and Report Macros.

Thanks. I've fixed this in revision 5136.
