If you set a worklist or schedule as 'Use All Templates' = Off, and have no Templates defined for the schedule or worklist [because you are typing to set things for a house call vet], then a Print windows is displayed with no documents.

In this case, the presentation of the Print window should be suppressed and the code proceed as though the user had pressed the Skip button.

This will currently occur if you have:

1. linked a document template to a Schedule/Work List; and

2. the document template is inactive

This has been fixed in revision 5480.
