Does anyone have a report that pulls data to show Customer or Patient Alerts?

Yes Cath - have added to Resource Catalogue - see http://www.openvpms.org/customisation/customer-alerts-and-notes

However, I note that you want Patient Alerts also - mine only does customer alerts, but you could tweak it either to include patient alerts, or (probably easier) clone it to do patient alerts.

I have one called Active Patient Alert Report. I am not a tech head though, not sure where to download etc.

Jim - I will contact you off forum about this with instructions for how to extract the template and send it to me and I will then add it to the resource library for you.

I meant to say we are already happily using the report, I think it is Cath that needs it. But happy to help any way needed. We add insurance or not insured to patients then use to report to assess numbers & proportion insured
