Schedule Times

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if it would be possible to have the schedule set up changed a little bit.

I am not sure if this would benefit anyone else, but perhaps other clinics do surgeries in the middle of the day like we do.

We currently consult in the surgery department until midday. Then the surgeons are in theater and not consulting again until 4:30pm. This time (12pm-4:30pm) is just blank everyday on our schedule. 

If we would be able to remove that section by somehow having the schedule split (7am-12pm the 4:30pm-6pm) then we would probably be able to see the whole schedule on one page/screen.

Our reception staff often forget to scroll down to see the 4:30pm appointment block so I'd like to make it more obvious by having clear on the screen they see.

Hi Greta, a possible workaround would be to set up morning and afternoon schedules.

The morning schedules would all have Start Time 7:00 and End Time 12:00.

The afternoon schedules would all have Start Time 16:30 and End Time 18:00.

You would then have a Morning schedule view with all of the morning schedules, and an Afternoon schedule view with all of the afternoon schedules, and swap between them as required.
