Boarding Bookings worklist not working

Hoping someone can help here. We have a worklist set up for our boarding bookings. It has 3 colums in it: Cat boarding, Dog boarding and Exotics boarding. We have set it up so that we accept 6 cats, 5 dogs and 5 exotics.

Obviously we are taking a lot of bookings over the Christmas season, but today have run into a glitch that I can't work out. On December 29th, although we have 5 cats booked for boarding, the worklist view is only showing 3 of these, and similarly we have 5 dogs booked but only 3 are showing in the list. There is no blank space at the bottom of the colums (usually this indicates all spots are allocated). When I select to view only the dog or cat boarders as a list nothing shows up at all.

A similar problem on the 30th of December but only the cat list is affected and here 4 of the 5 cats are showing up.

The problem only started today when the 5th cat was added - prior to that booking, all the previous 4 cats were visible for all days, but when the 5th cat was added we suddenly got this unusual veiw change. I don't know what might be happening or how to resolve the issue.

Sounds like a bug. As a workaround, try changing the number of slots available in the work lists.

To do this, log in as an administrator, and go to Adminsitration ->  Organisation, select and edit the relevant work lists.
Change the Max Slots field to to something bigger (e.g 10) for each.
Log out, and log back in again to ensure the work lists display refreshes correctly.
