With the new html and email templating for Document Templates

If a user edits an existing document template it will fail validation if they dont have an email Template selected.  

I think we should set a default email template at the practice level which is used if a template doesnt exist and relax the requirement for a template at the document.

I would also note that entity.documenttemplate actually does have a relaxed node for emailtemplates with 0 or 1 so I am not sure why this error is occurring...

Failed to validate Email Template of Email Template: Email Template is required
