Bug Report or as intended?

When a client has 1 patient and that patient is marked as deceased - the patient is hidden on the Customer file and can be shown by unchecking "Hide Inactive Patients"

However when you view that patient the customer is also hidden on the customer view, and can only be shown by unchecking "Hide inactive customers". 

This is incorrect behaviour as the customer is NOT inactive.

Its a bug. The culprit is PatientRelationshipState, but the problem is that it cannot determine if the relationship is being viewed from the customer or patient perspective.
