2 recent red error boxes in activities
Customer Sales report - "Column 'activity_start_time' in field list is ambiguous" even though date fields are correct
Patient Merge - "org.openvpms.component.business.domain.archetype.ArchetypeId" - when trying to merge two same named patients attached to a client

The first error may be due to having the incorrect version report loaded (1.2 not 1.3) which is worth checking first.
The second error will need more information from the log file before it can be analysed. You will need to send the openvpms-full.log file found in c:\program files\apache software foundation\tomcat 5.5
