Can't print statements

When we try and print our statements, we now get the following message.

"Unsupported document template: 11_11_2012-10-30-141934.pdf"

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Garry,

It looks like your statement template has been overwriten by a Investigation upload from the Automatci Document loader. Thsi happens in versions < 1.6 when a request id that actually belongs to a document template not an investigation is used (in this case request 11).

To fix go into Administration -> templates and edit the sattemnet template and reload the original statement jrxml template.

As mentioned 1.6 solves this issue by not loading files to templates.

I kind of tried that, but couldn't find the jrxml document. where am I going to find it?

I am going to assume you have a standard windows installation

in which case

Openvpms is unpacked commonly into

C:\Openvpms\current-release\

The reports are stored in

C:\Openvpms\current-release\reports

Hi Garry,

In our installations we keep it in the openvpms install folder under a folder called Modified templates so can be typically found in f:\openvpms\Modified Templates. You may not have access to that folder from a typical user login so I logged in and loaded it up for you. :-)

Please test and hopefully is fixed.
