Changing dates on invoices
Hi
Is it possible to change a date only once when entering an invoice on another day? At the monent you need to change the date up to 4-5 times, is there any way of changing it once at the History and that date following through to the reason and invoice? If you forget to change only 1date it becomes very confusing for the client when reading the invoice

Not currently possible. Is potentially a good idea if doesn't have side effects. I would envisage the last used date would be stored while you where doing a consult workflow so would be used by both visit and invoicing ...

Hey guys,
Havn't encountered the need to enter different visit dates followed by different invoice dates in our clinic.
We certainly have to build invoices with items with different dates. In this context the last used date has worked very well.
What scenario do you guys need to enter multiple dates for visits followed by invoices?

Being a large animal practice, our invoices can sometimes be done up to 2 weks after the visit. When entering the History date, the finalized date, the date that goes on the history, the date on the invoice and the date for the products supplied we have found it to be alot of time wasted. to avoid confusing the clinet we try to make all dates reflect the date of the visit.
