Client contact details summary report
Just wondering if such a report exists? This is in the context of the crusade against late cancellations/rescheduling and/or missed appointments and procedures.
We intend to phone the client and check contact details are correct and up to date with the primary contact correct, and email them to confirm details - "just in case our reminders didn't get thru to you".
At the end of the polite/friendly communication will be the sting in the tail. "In future late cancellations/rescheduling (under 1 hour before the appointment) and/or missed appointments or procedures will attract a fee.
Ideally we could send them the contact details report for the owner to review.
At the 2nd offence the fee will apply, but this report should ensure no stone is left unturned in our efforts to communicate with clients.

In terms of a PRINT button on a context menu thier isnt one.. However ...this isnt a report its an email template you neeed.
We utilize an email template that contains the details as well as a link to a webform to update them if they are incorrect.
1. So design the template - based on one of the existing email tempates - include pertinent fields -
2. Click the client email in the summary ...
3. click template on the mail window and select your new template
4. Click Send
The email is logged in the communications windows...so u can track when you sent it.
5. Sit back and marvel at your ingenuity!
