Copying a medication generates error

I'm not sure of this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong.

When I try to copy a medication if it has a stock location set it generates this error: Failed to validate Stock Locations of Medication: Duplicate active stock location relationship

If there is no stock location set it copies fine.

Would say is a bug and needs to be JIRA'd.
