Customer classifications

Hi everyone,
Tony when we were talking during the recent seminar, you mentioned using Customer classifications instead of Identity codes to group customers for reporting purposes. Did you mean Customer Types?

Hi Matt,Sorry, Yes.  Classifications is the database structure we utilise but in customer information it relates to the Customer Categories tab which allows you to select one or more categories the customer belongs to.  Currently the list of categories you can select from  is defined by the Customer Type lookup.
